Until now we have focussed on our area of strength - secondary research. While we believe this is almost always the best place to start in any research project, we're going one step further to make life easier for our clients.

Now, instead of working with us on secondary research and then moving to a different business for your focus group work or online questionnaire, we can manage the whole process for you. This goes from briefings right through to project delivery. All project administration will be handled by us to as much or as great an extent as you, the client, are comfortable with.

We believe this will bring a better full service to you, and what's more, will make project management easier and more efficient. And, crucially, cost savings are much more feasible using this model.
