Roisin Bell, BA Hons; MSc Econ

Roisin is a research analyst, specialising in secondary research. She set up KnowledgeWorks in 2002, and this award-winning market research and communications company has won consistent business from the public and private sectors in Ireland.

Previous to this she spent four years as Competitor Intelligence Manager at HSBC in the City of London, delivering competitive and market intelligence for strategic planning. Roisin has also worked with first-e Bank, Lafferty Financial Publications, and Orbiscom B2B Payments Technology, helping build the market intelligence processes in each business. This ranged from populating business plans and funding applications with essential market data, to helping validate new product and market expansions through effective market analysis and research.

Roisin holds an MSc. Econ in Information Studies from the University of Wales. Her first degree is from the University of Ulster at Coleraine, in French and European Studies.

Niamh Sweeney, LLB.

As a writer with ten years' international experience in journalism and business with Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, Euroventure and Orbiscom Ltd., Niamh has specialist knowledge of finance, the Internet and technology. This has allowed her to develop her creativity in business marketing and communications where she can translate abstract concepts into effective messaging.

She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Law and has since completed courses in Journalism, Finance and Marketing and Communications while working in Toronto, London, New York and Dublin.
